Getting You the Products You Need, Quickly

At eMotors Direct, we purchase directly from the manufacturer, cutting out the middleman and passing on incredible pricing to our customers. We inventory industrial motors at over 30 warehouses across Canada and have over $75 million of product in stock. We'll ship your product from the closest warehouse to your location, ensuring fast and inexpensive shipping. With dozens of the brands you trust the most, you’re sure to find the product that you need to get the job done.

When prompted on a product page, enter your postal code and we'll provide you with accurate delivery estimates.

Delivery Methods

We've partnered with shipping companies from across the country to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Once you've found the right product, choose from the following shipping methods. Prices and delivery time will vary from method to method.

The estimated shipping price for each method will be displayed at checkout.

Please allow one business day for order processing. Local pick up is available in select cities only and collection options will be displayed on each individual product page.

Backorders and Product Matching

If your product is out of stock, most products can be backordered and will ship within two weeks. Backorder information is indicated on the product detail page. If you have any questions about availability, please contact us on 1-800-890-7593.

We know that sometimes you can't wait for a backordered motor. In most cases, we'll be able to find you an equivalent product that can ship immediately. Call our expert team and we'll do everything we can to help you.

Shipping Locations

eMotors Direct ships to anywhere in Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Please note that we can't ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If you'd prefer to collect your order, select local pick up at checkout to view available locations. Please only select a local pick up location if you can physically collect the item from the identified warehouse.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can also track your order under My Profile. Sign in and view your recent orders to view their shipping details.

Damaged in Shipping

We've partnered with some of the best shipping companies in Canada, but mistakes can still happen.

If your package arrives damaged, contact our customer service team immediately and we'll file a claim with the shipment company on your behalf. A replacement will be sent immediately.

Be sure to take photos of the damage and to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

eMotors Direct ships from Canadian warehouses and so customs charges aren't expected within Canada. However, eMotors Direct isn't responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (i.e. tariffs, taxes, etc.).
